Investment Size
We invest between € 1 million and € 5 million to acquire substantial minority stakes. We aim for capital appreciation and strive to exit investments within a five year time frame.

Type of investments
We do not invest in seed stages and we like to see some traction in the business model before we invest. Our investment philosophy is strongly geared towards companies that can make a difference and which are characterized with strong entrepreneurship of the founders.

Deal sourcing
Our investors play an active role in finding potential investments. On top of that, we do not hesitate to use the network and experience of our investors to let our investments flourish and grow.
