		Ron Belt Ron started his career as a financial analyst at ABN AMRO in 1993 after graduating with a degree in technical information science. In the years that followed, Ron specialized in IPOs and M&A of technology companies. In 1997 he became Global Sector Director Tech Research, responsible for a team of more than 20 analysts in over 15 countries. His team was ranked 2nd in Reuters' ‘smaller company research poll' in 1999. In 2000 he became an independent corporate finance advisor and a venture capitalist. Ron holds an master degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente

		Frans M.G. Blommestein Frans started his career as corporate banker specialized in Media & Telecommunication with Bank Mees & Hope in 1990. From 1995 until 1997 he acted as CFO for Canal Plus Benelux (previously Nethold Benelux). In 1997 he joined World Online International as CFO and Board member where he lead numerous acquisitions and financing rounds. At the end of 1999 he became CFO and Board member of Datelnet N.V., a Dutch based telecom service provider, which company he sold to Imtech N.V. in 2001. From 2002 until 2005 he was partner and shareholder of the Investment firm Brinvest, which company he left in 2005 to become venture capitalist and M&A advisor. Frans holds an MBA from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen in the Netherlands.
